Senior Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering commercial stakeholders, delivering insight, analysis and recommendations in relation to growth assessment and improvement, financial sustainability and investment cases
  • Business case and decision support for key initiatives and capex opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
  • Playing a key role in the development and delivery of strategy translation into short, medium and long term financial and non-financial plans, targets and KPIs
  • Developing and reviewing business cases for channel innovations
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity/profitability
  • Driving commercial productivity for the division, providing insight and identifying growth opportunities

 

Profile Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
  • Demonstrable commercial finance experience, ideally from a large & complex organisation

  • Strong influencing skills, with proven experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders

FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Executive Committee with KPIs and analysis for performance appraisal against strategic plans
  • Lead on annual budget & quarterly reforecast processes, providing accurate information to Group FD & CFO
  • Partner effectively with business units to identify both financial and non-financial inputs for production of reporting for Exec team
  • Understand and analyse performance trends, including issues, to present to finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Deliver efficiency and improvement on reporting processes
  • Create value through the delivery of insightful financial analysis – demonstrating your strong presentational and influencing skills
  • Ad-hoc work as required by Finance Leadership Team
  • Own the working relationships between FP&A, wider commercial finance and the business
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior members of the team
