Naomi joined Cedar as a Senior Associate in the Interim Qualified Finance team, with 4 years of recruitment experience behind her. Throughout her career to date, she’s worked with businesses ranging from SMEs to global FTSE-listed organisations across industries including engineering, manufacturing, professional services, logistics and creative industries.

She specialises in placing high-quality Senior Finance candidates into interim roles, with a focus on delivering a proactive and consultative service to both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, Naomi enjoys weightlifting, horse-riding and has just taken up hiking, recently visiting the Brecon Beacons and Scottish Highlands.
