Starting his recruitment career in 1997, Graham worked for a small number of leading international recruitment organisation before joining Cedar in 2004 shortly after its inception. The majority of his career has been spent sourcing mid to senior-level finance professionals, working closely with a diverse mix of clients. Graham’s success is based on creating robust, long-term relationships with transparent and candid communication. This, combined with a fixation on delivery, has resulted in an exceptional network and a deep understanding of the value of a genuine recruitment partner. Graham is an avid Liverpool FC supporter, keen wild camper and proud father of twin daughters.
