Pre-Screening Process

All candidates (either approached by Cedar or responding to any proactive sourcing) are pre-screened and interviewed by the relevant consultant. The process involves in-depth consultant-led interviews. We assess whether the candidate has the required skill set to fulfil, the correct personality, character, and cultural fit for the team, before they are submitted.

Interview Preparation

Everyone represented by Cedar is thoroughly prepared for the interview by an experienced consultant. It is of the utmost importance to carry out due diligence for the team they are interviewing with, as well as promoting the values and characteristics that are important. Preparation involves mock interviews, a detailed summary of the client, and a thorough background check of the candidate.

Closing Process

We are acutely aware of the competitiveness of the market. With this in mind, each individual we engage will be guided through the resignation process and advised on handling any potential buyback/pressure from a current employer.
