The Role
This role involves working closely with the Tax Partner to deliver the tax strategy for the Stoke office, driving revenue and providing expert tax advisory services to OMB clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on succession planning, sales, restructuring, and employee incentivisation.
• Managing HMRC enquiries, IHT, CGT, corporate tax, and residency matters.
• Supporting tax compliance reviews, planning meetings, and liaising with audit teams.
• Monitoring WIP, budgets, and collaborating across the business.

Candidate Attributes

• CTA qualified with proven experience in tax advisory and compliance.
• Skilled at managing diverse client tax queries.
