Role: Finance Administrator
Location: Shoreditch, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)
Type: 3-Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for an exciting short-term opportunity?
Our client, a dynamic company undergoing a finance project, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract starting ASAP.
This role would suit a graduate who is looking for work experience or someone looking to break in to the Finance industry!
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with administrative tasks related to a new finance transformation project.
– Conduct data cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
– Perform data entry and update financial records as required.
– Support the finance team with general administrative duties.
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents and transactions.
– Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
– Previous experience in a finance administrative role would be advantageous but not essential.
– Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
– Proficiency in data entry and data management.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
