Nathan Hotchkiss

Nathan joined Cedar with over a decade of experience in senior finance, change management and systems implementation, making significant contributions in providing support for large IT change projects. Having worked with a diverse range of companies, from startups to established FTSE-listed firms and with a deep understanding of finance processes and systems, Nathan has played a pivotal role in helping companies implement, maintain, and improve ERP systems. His expertise in this area has enabled organisations to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

Focusing on key areas such as Transformation (Specialist), Change, Programme, ERP, and Data at Cedar, Nathan is committed to establishing Cedar's Change and Transformation team as a pivotal player in the industry.

Outside of work, Nathan's interests include traveling, having previously lived in Brazil while building a business, as well as spending time in Tanzania and Kenya. With a goal of visiting 50 countries in the next year or two, he is well on his way, having already explored over 30 countries. Additionally, Nathan enjoys participating in sports, particularly football, golf, and rugby.
