Kirsty joined Cedar in 2007 as Administration Assistant, when it had but 9 employees. Since then, as the company has grown, Kirsty has worked in facilities, IT and finance before becoming Cedar’s Internal Operations Manager, responsible for all back-office functions, with the exception of finance.

Kirsty thrives in this wildly diverse role, where every single day brings something new and different. Ensuring compliance, processes, IT systems, HR and Cedar’s facilities are fit for purpose as the company grows is a never-ending challenge.

Diversity is also something you will find in Kirsty’s passions outside Cedar; with her passion for travel, good music, good food, interior design and her husband (although definitely not in that order).
