Irma Boulderstone

Irma has ten years of recruitment experience in the internal audit market across multiple sectors and joined Cedar to establish the internal audit division. Her focus has been on recruiting at the mid to senior level of the market and she has built an extensive network in this space. Typical mandates span from Senior Auditor to Head of Audit / Director level, and include specialist areas within internal audit, such as markets, credit, financial crime, and quality assurance.

Irma’s passion lies in building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. With her knowledge of the market and honest communication, she takes a consultative approach offering recruitment and career advice, market intelligence, and salary guidance.

Outside of work, Irma enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, and practising yoga.
