Ben Hatt

​Ben has a strong background in recruitment and HR solutions, with a particular focus on client acquisition, growth and retention. He quickly established himself as a top performer at Michael Page before joining the Adecco group during lockdown. He has spent the last few years working for the LHH brand of Adecco, working with clients to create solutions for complex challenges within the talent and recruitment landscape.

Ben joined Cedar to work with our clients, ensuring we remain agile and flexible to support across a broad range of solutions and to ensure we are performing in line with client expectations. He will also be working with new clients to help them understand our full capability and monitor our performance on an ongoing basis.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys setting himself yearly challenges for charity. Previous years have seen him participate in white-collar boxing, cycling from London to Brighton and even setting a World record.
